As a key member of the Product Operations team, you’ll help shape and improve how care is delivered by optimizing non-clinical workflows, supporting product rollouts, and identifying operational improvements. Your role will bridge the gap between product development and front-line execution, driving process enhancements that scale with efficiency and precision. This is an opportunity to influence healthcare delivery while working cross-functionally with teams across product, data, and operations. You’ll have full ownership over high-impact initiatives and play a central role in executing on company-wide priorities.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and refine non-clinical operational processes supporting front-line healthcare teams.
  • Partner with Product to ensure smooth and scalable launches of new features and initiatives.
  • Monitor business metrics post-launch, identify trends, and propose optimizations backed by data.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses, draft insight memos, and present recommendations to influence stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Care Delivery leadership on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) in response to evolving needs and launches.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in analytical roles such as management consulting, strategy & operations, or similar startup environments.
  • Strong familiarity with cross-functional teams, especially Product and Engineering.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills in Excel/Google Sheets; Looker experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional communicator with strong stakeholder management and change management skills.
  • Ability to shift between big-picture thinking and tactical execution.
  • Proven mindset of ownership and results delivery, especially in fast-paced environments.
