Manual Tester (Junior/Middle/Senior)

  • Understand the product & testing process to implement all testing activities effectively
  • Work on daily assignments
    • Develop and maintain the manual test plan/test cases/test scripts
    • Support to execute test cases
    • Report bugs and address issues relating to testing quality
    • Prepare and review test documentation
    • Communicate progress, test results, and quality risks internally
  • Support development teams to investigate issues, such as replicating the issue
  • Cooperate with BA and development teams to analyze requirements to understand client demand
  • Contribute to the full circle of development to successfully deliver output
  • Handle other testing-relevant tasks assigned by the leader

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Development or related fields
  • Hands-on experience in Manual software testing for Web/Mobile Applications/Devices:
    • 1-3 years of experience: Junior level
    • 3-6 years of experience: Middle level
    • 6+ years of experience: Senior level with team management experience
  • Hands-on experience in writing test plans/test cases
  • Familiar with at least one database and SQL script in MySQL/SQL Server/Oracle
  • Pre-intermediate English communication is mandatory
  • Good IT background, critical and logical thinking
  • High competence in problem-solving and stakeholder management
  • Eager to learn, good working attitude, and creativity to improve products
