About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Executive with experience in television/content marketing and campaign management. This role is critical in developing and executing on-air and cross-platform campaigns that drive viewership, engagement, and strength of Antenna content and program. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns with creative excellence and audience insight.

Job Description 

  • Campaign Planning & Execution:

Lead the development and rollout of 360° marketing campaigns with a strong focus on TV media planning and promotional strategy

  • On-Air & Off-Air Content Promotion:

Create and implement compelling promotion strategies across broadcast, digital, and social platforms, aligned with programming priorities

  • Project Management:

Able to coordinate cross-functional teams external vendors and creative agencies to deliver assets on time and with top quality

  • Creative Briefing & Supervision:

Draft clear and effective creative briefs for TV promos, trailers, and advertising materials. Provide input during the production process to ensure alignment with brand strategy

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with programming, creative, production, PR, commercial and digital teams to ensure alignment across all promotional touchpoints

  • Market Monitoring & Trends:

Keep a pulse on competitive campaigns, audience trends, and evolving media habits to inform campaign decisions and propose innovation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in TV marketing or content promotion, either in a broadcaster or creative/media agency managing TV campaigns
  • Deep understanding of media planning and TV campaign performance metrics
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to align execution with strategic objectives
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
  • Team-oriented mindset
