Role Definition
Implement Salesforce marketing journey as per the business requirements.
Works between marketing teams and technical teams to lead the development and adoption of marketing technologies. This role typically has moderate level expertise on marketing technologies, marketing data, and digital marketing acumen.
Responsibilities
• Consults with marketing teams with the usage of marketing technologies and/or data to improve marketing performance to achieve business objectives. Assists in the development and delivery of content for marketing technology, marketing data & digital marketing process adoption.
• Represents the business in marketing technology and/or data planning meetings, road mapping, reveals, and retrospectives. In addition, responsible for creating, maintaining, prioritizing, and communicating backlogs based on business requirements.
• Creates, analyzes and validates business requirements, translating them into detailed functional requirements and user stories, and defining acceptance criteria and test cases. This includes creating user stories, defining dependencies, impacts and acceptance criteria, and obtaining requirements sign-off from requesting business partners.
• Leads medium projects, with moderate complexity related to marketing technology and/or data development and adoption.
