This is a remote opportunity within the US. Candidate must be currently living in the US and must have valid work authorization. We are unable to offer any visa sponsorship.

·The salary range for this role will be between $130,000 and $170,000 depending on skills and experience of the candidate.

Role Title Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Solution Architect

As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM / XRM Architect, you will be part of a Cognizant team that is focused on the delivery and implementation of Microsoft CRM / XRM solutions for Cognizant's clients. You will spend a majority of your time consulting directly with our clients and developing line of business solutions. You will also have the opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft technologies and solutions in enterprise-level environments. You will architect, design, and implement high-quality CRM / XRM applications and platform solutions that include such activities as:

Responsibilities

- Lead client meetings and/or facilitated strategy sessions

- Working with customers to analyze business requirements, defining functional specifications, and consulting with clients on strategic and operational uses of the CRM/XRM platform

- Developing high level project work plans, and managing budgets and scope of work

- Developing robust architecture design and functionality

- Designing integration solutions for backend services and back office/ERP applications

- Identifying creative solutions to meet system/business requirements with and without the development of custom code

- Developing data conversion and testing strategies

- Training client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / XRM

- Knowledge of PowerApps and PowerAutomate licensing plans and features included in different plans

- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned/required.

General requirements:

PowerApp/CDS / D365 CRM/CE architecture, design, implementation and deployment experience in delivering enterprise level solution. Ability to develop software based on the description of business logic and based on the existing Application. Ability to work and produce required results without close supervision.

- Good oral and written communications skills.

- Good work ethic and self-starting attitude, and ability to work well among a team of professionals.

- Ability to work capably under stress and to juggle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.

- Experience on Agile development experience.

- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills, interpersonal and teamwork skills;

- Sensitive to working in a multicultural environment.

Specific Requirements:

'Ability to perform in customer settings and discern client business needs

Excellent analysis and design skills

Full lifecycle development experience

Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication, and time management skills

5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/XRM

5+ years of implementation experience in medium to large scale (100+ users) environment

3+ years of Implemenatation experience in Azure Technologies

Experience developing canvas and model driven PowerApps, 2-3+ years

Experience creating Forms and Power Automate that move data from Forms to O365 components, 2-3+ years

Experience with Common Data Service (Data Flex), 2-3+ years

Experience developing solutions that span multiple Office365 services (e.g., SharePoint, Outlook, Graph API, One Note, One Drive, etc.)

Microsoft Dynamics CRM / XRM customization, workflows and .NET integration

Hands on development of plugins and custom workflow assemblies

Working knowledge of the web resource capabilities within Dynamics CRM

Deep understanding of promotional methodologies and standards

General understanding of full lifecycle development of a Dynamics CRM application (installation, configuration, customization, and deployment)

Deep understanding of best practices

Understanding of the Microsoft and software technologies - .NET development, SQL Server system integration technologies and techniques, SOA, design patterns (MVC, MVP….)

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 10+ years of IT experience.
