Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be hired by the client as a full-time employee with an expectation of exclusivity (not working for other companies). We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home
Who The Client Is: Our client is a boutique advisory firm focused on helping professional service businesses and their clients navigate complex lending needs. They take a highly strategic approach to structuring debt, offering solutions that go well beyond standard lending services.
Role Overview: We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Support Specialist to function as the strategic support partner to our debt advisory strategists. Think of this as the surgeon-assistant model: our strategists are the surgeons who perform the complex advisory work, while you ensure they have everything they need at their disposal to operate with maximum efficiency and precision.
Your role is to ensure all relevant supporting evidence, data, and research is prepared and organised before the strategist begins their work. You'll anticipate their needs, prepare their tools, and handle the detailed groundwork so they can focus entirely on delivering sophisticated debt advisory solutions to clients.
This is the first time our strategy team will have dedicated strategic support - you'll be instrumental in creating a new standard of operational excellence in premium debt advisory services.
While this specific role is new, we have nearly a decade of successful experience working with offshore teams, giving us a deep understanding of how to create effective cross-cultural partnerships that deliver exceptional results.
We want someone who will make this role their own, bringing ideas for continuous improvement and leaving their mark on how strategic support functions in our growing firm.
