We are seeking highly motivated individuals fluent in Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) who possess a deep commitment to customer service excellence in the hospitality sector.

In this esteemed role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their hotel reservations and inquiries, ensuring that their experience is seamless from initial contact through to the completion of their stay. Your comprehensive knowledge of our services and dedication to client satisfaction will be fundamental in fostering lasting relationships with our guests.

Requirements

  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English is required.
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong ability to problem-solve and address client concerns effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with superior organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using reservation systems and handling client interactions in a friendly manner.
