Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through email, chat, and phone.
- Handle inquiries regarding products, orders, and site navigation.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively while providing a high level of service.
- Work with the Online Retail team to identify areas for improvement in the customer journey.
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Participate in continuous training and development to enhance your skill set and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential, along with strong English skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or online retail is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently in a remote work setting.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in customer management software.
