We are currently seeking a Norwegian Speaking Customer Support Representative for an Online Streaming Service. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients regarding online streaming services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, subscription details, and technical troubleshooting.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints to enhance their viewing experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and ensure prompt follow-up on inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement service improvements based on customer feedback.
- Stay updated on product features and content offerings to provide informed assistance.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to support the continuous enhancement of service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the entertainment or streaming industry.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
