Responsibilities
- Assist Norwegian-speaking customers with inquiries regarding fashion products, orders, and general brand-related questions via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints and complex inquiries to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions to facilitate follow-up and service improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams to stay informed about product launches, promotions, and seasonal trends.
- Gather customer feedback for service and product enhancements and suggest improvements to the team.
- Stay knowledgeable about the latest fashion trends and brand offerings to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the fashion industry, is preferred.
