Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for Norwegian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat communications.
- Assist customers in navigating the marketplace, providing information on products, prices, and order tracking.
- Effectively address and resolve customer inquiries and issues to guarantee satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other internal teams to share customer feedback and drive improvements in service quality.
- Stay informed about marketplace updates, product information, and promotional offers to assist customers promptly.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions, actively contributing to a positive team culture.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or similar positions is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in CRM software and familiar with digital communication platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
