Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in Norwegian and other languages across various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with a range of inquiries, product information, and technical issues in a timely manner.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and a focus on finding effective solutions.
- Document interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure clear communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain a consistent and quality customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of products and improve service delivery.
- Suggest improvements to processes that will enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and at least one additional language (English, Swedish, Danish, etc.), both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive customer service mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support systems and Microsoft Office tools.
