This role focuses on providing excellent support to our Norwegian-speaking users, helping them navigate our platform effectively. Responsibilities
- Assist Norwegian-speaking users through various support channels including email, live chat, and phone, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to the online platform.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to user accounts and platform functionality promptly.
- Educate users on maximizing their interaction with the platform and navigating its features.
- Accurately document customer issues and resolutions in our CRM system to ensure quality service.
- Collaborate with different teams to report recurring issues and suggest improvements for user experience.
- Stay updated on new features and platform changes to provide the most accurate assistance.
- Ensure follow-up communication with users to verify their satisfaction with the solutions provided.
Requirements
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance, especially in an online setting.
- Solid understanding of online platforms and their functionalities.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with CRM software and support tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
