In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting Norwegian-speaking users with their inquiries and ensuring they have a seamless experience while using our streaming platform. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking users through email, live chat, and phone, addressing inquiries related to the streaming service.
- Troubleshoot a variety of technical issues regarding account setup, streaming performance, and content availability.
- Guide users on platform features and functionalities, enhancing their overall streaming experience.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate user feedback and suggest potential enhancements to the service.
- Stay informed about updates to the streaming platform and industry trends to provide informed support.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure user satisfaction and resolve any remaining concerns.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance, particularly in the streaming or entertainment sector.
- Understanding of streaming technologies and user interaction patterns.
- Strong analytical skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills focused on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of CRM systems or support ticketing tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
