Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding technical support to Norwegian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on product usage and offer best practice recommendations.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address and escalate complex issues.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product changes and industry trends to enhance support services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and remote support tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment.
