  • Engage with travel suppliers, airlines, and hotels to resolve client issues and ensure a positive travel experience.
  • Deliver accurate and timely information about travel policies, destinations, and service options.
  • Keep comprehensive records of client interactions within the CRM for effective service improvement.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction in all interactions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in the travel industry to assist clients effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service or the travel sector is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
