About the Role
This is a varied and hands-on role that will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will support the daily operations of the office and assist with a wide range of administrative tasks.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
· General reception duties: answering phones, greeting visitors
· Data entry, filing, and maintaining office records
· Assisting with accounts payable/receivable and invoicing
· Supporting internal departments with administrative tasks
· Ordering office supplies and coordinating deliveries
· Other ad hoc office duties as required
Skills and Experience:
· Previous experience in an administration or office support role with 2 years experience in a similar role
· Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite essential)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Highly organised with attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
· A positive attitude and willingness to assist across departments
