Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:
The role focuses on maintaining optimal inventory levels by placing accurate orders, ensuring stores are well-stocked. It requires clear and consistent communication with on-the-ground teams through phone and text to coordinate daily operations. The position also involves troubleshooting operational issues, accurately tracking team hours and activities, and holding team members accountable for their responsibilities and performance. Ultimately, the role contributes to the company’s broader mission of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Must-have Skills / Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in mathematics is advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• At least 50 Mbps internet speed required
• Must have a designated home office space
