Requirements
What You’ll Be Doing
You’re not just managing ops—you’re leading with precision, purpose, and performance.
Your days will include:
- Leading a small-but-mighty team by building structure, driving culture, and reinforcing accountability
- Owning daily property management functions (tenant relations, maintenance workflows, work order management)
- Creating operational clarity through smart KPIs and live dashboards
- Coordinating vendor bids, overseeing project timelines, and problem-solving field issues
- Reviewing property financials, construction costs, and owner reporting
- Spotting inefficiencies and implementing smarter systems using tools like AppFolio, QuickBooks, and Google Sheets
- Collaborating directly with company ownership on goals, growth, and execution
- Building and protecting a core-values-centered culture across the team
- Driving continuous evolution and improvements of our systems and operational workflows
- Showing up with consistency, integrity, and a bias for action—even when no one’s watching
You’ll Succeed Here If You:
- Have 5+ years in leadership or operations (military leadership counts too)
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, not required
- Know how to lead people and manage priorities in dynamic, high-volume environments
- Have property management, construction coordination, or vendor management experience
- Are self-led, solutions-oriented, and committed to results—not just tasks
- Are confident in Google Suite, AppFolio (or similar PM software), and basic financials
- Understand that culture doesn’t just happen—you build it, protect it, and model it daily
- Aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves when the mission demands it
Role Requirements
- Reliable transportation for job sites across Northwest Indiana
- Comfortable with 50%+ in-office presence
- Can occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Can pass background check and drug screen
