Key Accountabilities:

- Policy, Processes, Procedures and Systems:

    • Design and develop new processes using various technologies such as Forms, Forms Personalization, UNIX shell scripts, SQL, PLSQL, Oracle reports, Workflow, XML/BI publisher report, forms, OAF, Java Programming, Object-Oriented and Structured Oriented programming.

- Situational Response & Problem Solving:

  • Independently Analyze the complex Situations, diagnose the root-causes and develop & implement the Oracle Technical solutions to ensure that all immediate situations are responded on timely manners to avoid business risks.

- Oracle:

    • Collaborate with Business Users in mapping and streamlining / reengineering business practices to implement various Oracle modules, using standardized implementation methodology including reports specification development and deployment.
    • Analysis of requirement, document, and design solution for implementation projects.
    • Analysis, design, development, and testing of all system components.
    • Review new requirements to ensure it covers business needs and meets the best practices and business standards.
    • Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, to include Requirements Gathering & Analysis, System Design & Development, Testing, and Implementation
    • Provides integrated systems planning and recommends new or different solutions which will enhance current systems and support overall corporate and business goals.
    • Oracle systems/modules administration
    • Manage oracle workflows and system users.
    • Provide functional Support for end users.   

- Continuous Improvement:

    • Conduct the Research, benchmarking and study of Best Practices, Plan and Implement the improvements to ensure the company poses best practices and technologies for better business performance. 
    • Continuously assess the effectiveness of processes & Systems and facilitating project teams; offering recommendations for sustainable improvements.
    • Seamlessly collaborate and work across multiple teams (internal and external) to develop and implement the solutions.

Team Lead:

    • Lead and supervise the Oracle team, ensuring efficient and effective solutions.
    • Provide technical guidance to the Oracle team, including mentoring and coaching to junior Staff, conducting knowledge sharing sessions, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Academic Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences.

Experience:

  • 8 years of overall experience in ERP Consultancy, Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion.

Other Details:

  • Strong functional understanding of the systems supported and the development framework for customizations.
  • knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends.
  • Considerable knowledge of business theory, business processes, management, budgeting, and business operations.
  • Experience with systems and applications design and development from business requirements analysis through to day-to-day management.
  • Proven experience in IT planning, organization, and development.
