Oracle HRMS Technical Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain technical components within Oracle HRMS modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Self-Service, and AME).
  • Develop and customize Oracle Reports, Alerts, and Workflow Builder objects.
  • Modify and maintain Oracle HRMS standard objects including Views, Tables, and Packages.
  • Create and deploy custom user hooks, personalization, and triggers.
  • Develop and maintain OAF (Oracle Application Framework) pages tailored to business requirements.
  • Integrate with Oracle standard APIs and ensure data consistency and process automation.
  • Collaborate with Functional Consultants to understand and implement business requirements.
  • Participate in technical design reviews, unit testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code and technical configurations.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and deployment guides.
  • Work with DBA and infrastructure teams to support migrations, backups, and environment setups.
  • Ensure code follows Oracle best practices and complies with organizational security standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle EBS development.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Reports, Forms, and Workflow Builder.
  • Familiarity with HRMS schema and standard APIs.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is optional.
