- Bachelor Degree in Electronics, Computer, Telecommunication Engineering
- Mandatory 3 years of experience in Telco Operation
- Min. 2 years Educational and work experience in OSS delivery and maintenance direction.
- Familiar with telecommunication areas: Network Operations Center, Field Operations, Fault Management, Performance Management, Configuration Management, Ticket Management, Workforce Management, OSS/IT Admin etc.
- Deep understanding of system integration protocols, especially on alarm integration. Such as SNMP, Corba, SFTP, Rest, and so on.
- Knowledge of OSS tool architecture, procedure, and fault management UCs, such as Alarm compression, cross-domain analysis, ticket dispatching.
- Mid level experience in Programing languages such as C,C++,C#, Java etc
- Familiar with linux OS,DB, network, ability to troubleshooting complicated cloud system issues.
- Must have authorization to work in Turkey.
- Good team work spirit and adaptability.
- Good problem solving, learning and reporting skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and heavy working environment
- Able to travel
- Fluent English and Turkish, ability to communicate in Chinese will be highly valued
