Our client is a leading creative industries education provider in Australia, offering cutting-edge programs in music, audio engineering, film, game design, entertainment business, and more.

With a strong reputation for innovation and hands-on learning, they are now looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Consultant to join their remote sales & admissions team.

Job Responsibilities:

This is a 3-month contract, full-time role ideal for someone with a sales background, exceptional phone communication skills, and a passion for education.

Outbound Sales & Lead Management

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and their influencers
  • Qualify leads and book appointments or follow-up sessions for the sales/admissions team
  • Prioritise outreach based on lead engagement and conversion likelihood

Enquiry Response & CRM Management

  • Respond quickly to inbound enquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Log accurate notes and lead status updates in the CRM
  • Adjust outreach approach based on lead feedback and performance trends

Consultation & Rapport-Building

  • Build rapport with leads to understand motivations, goals, and potential concerns
  • Share relevant course information and position offerings effectively
  • Ensure all communication reflects brand values and tone

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing to align messaging and campaign tone
  • Share feedback on lead quality and campaign effectivenes

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years’ experience in outbound sales, enrolment advising, or consultative sales
  • Proven ability to convert leads into successful outcomes
  • Strong English communication skills — verbal and written
  • Strong phone-based selling or enrolment advising experience
  • CRM experience for tracking leads and managing workflows
  • Background in education, recruitment, or creative industries is a plus
  • Consultative, student-first approach to selling
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and organised
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and platforms
