Join a fast-growing digital marketing team where you'll manage performance-driven campaigns across major paid media platforms like Google Ads and Meta. In this role, you’ll take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, driving strategy and execution that delivers real impact. Working cross-functionally with internal teams, you'll play a key part in campaign optimization, innovation, and testing. Accountabilities:

  • Manage and execute paid media campaigns across a book of ~105 client accounts, optimizing for performance metrics like CPA.
  • Provide strategic recommendations across search, social, and display platforms to ensure best-in-class results for multifamily clients.
  • Analyze campaign performance biweekly and implement adjustments across Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and other tools.
  • Present new testing initiatives and ideas aligned with industry best practices in biannual reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to align performance with client expectations and communicate optimization plans.
  • Lead implementation of large-scale changes such as GA4 setups, data analysis, and search campaign restructuring.
  • Actively contribute in meetings with insights on digital trends, platform changes, and multifamily marketing developments.
  • Support cross-functional team goals and company-wide initiatives, staying proactive and solution-oriented.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with strong expertise in paid search; experience in paid social is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign data to drive optimizations.
  • High energy, self-motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.

  • Salary range: $66,000 – $80,000 USD
