This is a high-impact opportunity to shape strategic growth within a rapidly expanding Life Sciences Division. The role focuses on managing and expanding relationships with key channel partners to accelerate revenue and deliver innovative data-driven solutions. Working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Marketing teams, you will serve as a strategic liaison, aligning partnership goals with broader organizational objectives. Ideal for someone with deep experience in the life sciences ecosystem, this position offers autonomy, visibility, and room to lead impactful initiatives from concept to execution.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and optimize relationships with existing channel partners to unlock growth in the life sciences ecosystem.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in real-world data (RWD) use cases and communicate the strategic value of partnerships to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design and execute strategic plans tailored to each partner’s positioning, growth plans, and target customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support joint go-to-market efforts and product integration initiatives.
  • Negotiate and close new channel sales opportunities, and oversee partner enablement strategies including training and joint marketing campaigns.
  • Track partner performance metrics, report insights to senior leadership, and refine partnership strategies based on evolving market conditions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging data platforms to identify new strategic opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in partner or channel management within the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets through strategic partner development.
  • In-depth understanding of real-world data (RWD), data tokenization (e.g., Datavant), and key players in the space (e.g., Truven, Veradigm, HealthVerity, IQVIA, Komodo).
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop actionable, market-informed plans.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Highly autonomous, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Bonus: familiarity with HIPAA compliance, electronic health records, and proficiency in SQL.
