Permanent Customer Service Officer

Location: Sunshine, VIC

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

We’re seeking an enthusiastic & proactive Customer Service Officer to join the team in Sunshine

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling orders and enquiries with accuracy and a professional approach.

Key Responsibilities

• High volume customer service calls & emails - 80 to 100 per day
• Register, process, file, and archive customer orders via phone, email, or digital systems
• Support the end-to-end order-to-cash process with precision and care
• Build excellent customer relationships through timely, clear communication
• Offer product and customer solutions, and suggest workflow improvements

About you

• 1-2 year experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer and clerical skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• High attention to detail, effective communication, and a team-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with SAP is highly advantageous
