Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Requirements

  • Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Valid New York State Physical Therapy license (required).
  • Experience: 3+ years of clinical experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehab settings.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and EMR documentation.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
