In this role, you will
Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Microsoft technologies.
Build custom applications and dashboards to support training program administration and progress tracking.
Integrate systems such as SharePoint, Workday Learning, and internal APIs to enable seamless data flow and reporting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Maintain and version control automation scripts and applications using GitHub Copilot and other DevOps tools.
Monitor and optimize automated processes for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Provide documentation, training, and support for end-users and administrators.
What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)
Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow automation and app development.
Proficiency in SharePoint integration and customization.
Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and version control best practices.
Strong understanding of APIs and experience in integrating third-party services.
Solid foundation in software development using multiple scripting and automation languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, PowerShell).
Proven experience in designing and implementing automated business processes.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred skills: what will help you stand out
Experience with Workday Learning platform and its integration capabilities.
Knowledge of training program lifecycle and instructional design principles.
Exposure to enterprise IT environments and agile development methodologies.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $91,000 to $105,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
