This role offers a dynamic opportunity to act as a technical expert and trusted advisor in the fast-evolving field of network automation. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to demonstrate tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly with modern IT ecosystems. Your work will directly influence customer success by delivering compelling demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and custom integration prototypes. This position is ideal for a technically skilled professional eager to engage with enterprise clients and shape the future of network observability and automation.
Accountabilities:
- Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective and existing customers to understand their network challenges.
- Design and deliver live product demonstrations emphasizing integration capabilities with platforms such as ServiceNow and NetBox.
- Develop and manage Proof-of-Concept environments to validate solution effectiveness.
- Create and maintain demo scripts, automation playbooks, and integration blueprints to support sales efforts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to prioritize features based on customer feedback.
- Conduct enablement sessions for internal teams and partners to ensure alignment and technical readiness.
- Support responses to RFPs, technical evaluations, and customer workshops as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in networking, network engineering, or network automation roles.
- Strong knowledge of L2/L3 protocols such as BGP, OSPF, VRF, ACLs, and VLANs.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Python scripting, and automation tools.
- Proven ability to deliver customized technical demos and translate complex features into business value.
- Experience working directly with enterprise IT teams and managing project risks and progress.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB, NetBox, and Network to Code automation stacks is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, YAML/JSON, and network compliance frameworks like NIST or STIG is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (CCNP, CCIE, DevNet, ServiceNow) or equivalent experience are beneficial.
- Exposure to cloud networking environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and network compliance or security validation is desirable.
