Accountabilities:

  • Architect and maintain secure, scalable, HIPAA- and HITRUST-compliant infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
  • Define best practices and lead DevOps strategy for CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Build and manage containerized environments using Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, and self-hosted).
  • Develop Python-based scripts to automate testing, validation, and deployment workflows.
  • Drive the design and adoption of a custom cloud deployment platform to enable continuous delivery.
  • Implement comprehensive monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and security teams to deliver robust infrastructure solutions.
  • Promote DevOps excellence across the organization through mentorship, guidance, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software development or infrastructure engineering with a focus on architecture and system design.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms, especially AWS (Azure is a plus).
  • Strong Linux systems administration and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD with tools like GitLab, Jenkins, or Travis.
  • Proficient in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Advanced scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, and Terraform.
  • Deep understanding of application architecture, deployment workflows, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, team-first mindset and leadership capabilities.
