This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Cyera. We are currently looking for a Principal GTM Data & Operations Analyst in the United States.

This senior role offers the chance to lead high-impact analytics and operations projects within go-to-market functions. You will play a critical role in territory planning, forecasting, and performance reporting, while partnering closely with leaders across sales, marketing, revenue operations, and engineering. The position suits a hands-on professional who enjoys crafting data-driven insights and models, but also has the vision and capability to mentor others and influence strategic decisions across the organization. Accountabilities:

  • Own and drive strategic operations initiatives including territory planning, forecasting, and pipeline support.
  • Design and implement robust data models, KPI frameworks, and dashboards that provide clear business insights.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality SQL and dbt models consistent with business logic.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define success metrics for Sales and Marketing aligned with leadership priorities.
  • Conduct advanced analytics that directly inform executive decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with teams across revenue operations, sales, marketing, and engineering.
  • Mentor junior analysts and support team growth through hiring and onboarding contributions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of analytics experience, preferably supporting GTM and revenue operations in large enterprise environments.
  • Deep expertise in SQL, data modeling, and modern analytics tools including dbt and version control with git.
  • Proven ability to operate independently, prioritize work, and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience or demonstrated potential in team leadership and mentorship roles.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner across diverse teams.
