Accountabilities:
- Own and drive product initiatives for a complex search platform, from discovery through delivery and post-launch adoption.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Client Success, Sales, and Marketing to build and deliver impactful solutions aligned with customer feedback and market needs.
- Translate customer pain points, usage data, and market trends into actionable requirements and user stories.
- Lead go-to-market preparation by crafting enablement materials, documentation, demos, and supporting sales efforts.
- Provide insight for pricing and packaging strategy through data-driven analysis and customer conversations.
- Monitor key product metrics including adoption, engagement, and satisfaction to guide iteration and prioritization.
- Communicate progress, changes, and roadmaps clearly and regularly to internal stakeholders.
- Improve internal workflows and product development processes to enhance delivery efficiency and collaboration.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS or developer-focused environments.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineers on complex architectural tradeoffs.
- Demonstrated success managing full product lifecycles and launching high-impact features or platforms.
- Experience working with search technologies or developer platforms is a plus.
- Skilled in gathering and translating user feedback into clearly scoped product requirements.
- Highly analytical and data-driven with experience using both quantitative and qualitative inputs.
- Clear communicator capable of aligning cross-functional teams and presenting ideas to varied audiences.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, juggling multiple priorities, and operating autonomously.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and experience working closely with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success.
