This role involves leadership within a high-caliber production team, supporting the creation and delivery of a groundbreaking PC/console title. Ideal candidates bring a strategic mindset to game production, thrive in fast-paced creative environments, and are driven by the desire to make games that resonate deeply with users over time. Work remotely or from hybrid offices in Los Angeles or Orange County, with hours aligned to Pacific Time.

Accountabilities:

• Lead cross-functional game development teams to achieve key product goals and delivery timelines.
• Scope, schedule, and budget production activities while identifying and managing risks.
• Collaborate closely with creative, design, and engineering stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
• Cultivate a production environment that fosters communication, accountability, and creative excellence.
• Monitor project health, streamline workflows, and propose actionable improvements.
• Support a positive, inclusive, and values-driven team culture focused on meaningful game experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading game development teams through full production cycles.
• Expertise in project planning, resource management, and budgeting within a game development context.
• Passion for gaming and delivering meaningful experiences beyond traditional gameplay.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills across remote and hybrid environments.
• Comfortable working core hours from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Pacific Time.
• Previous experience in PC or console game development preferred.
