This is a 6-month contract opportunity for a technically skilled support professional to ensure the smooth functioning of a healthcare-focused SaaS platform. You'll play a key role in monitoring systems, resolving technical issues, and collaborating across teams to maintain service quality and uptime. The position blends technical troubleshooting with cross-functional communication, offering a fast-paced environment and meaningful impact on patient access to care. Accountabilities:

  • Monitor the production SaaS platform for issues in data ingestion, transformation, and analytics performance.
  • Triage and resolve production incidents to minimize user disruption and system downtime.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to the engineering or product teams when necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data management, and customer success to ensure smooth system operations and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for incidents, resolutions, and post-incident reviews to support process improvement.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases, support documentation, and process automation initiatives.
  • Run basic SQL queries to validate data and assist in troubleshooting technical issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in production or technical support roles, ideally within a SaaS or data-centric environment.
  • Proficient in basic SQL and familiar with database concepts.
  • Comfortable using monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and incident management workflows.
  • Experience with Python scripting and troubleshooting software systems.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Able to manage competing priorities independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with healthcare data, QuickBase, AWS, data integration tools, analytics platforms, and agile tools like JIRA.
