Job Description

Primary Function of Position

This role is responsible for leading and managing complex projects and programs within a regulated environment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities. The position drives cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes, manage resources and risks, and implement process improvements. It supports compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements while fostering continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction. This position contributes to the overall success of the department by effectively coordinating project execution, reporting, and governance within a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Essential Job Duties

  • Develop, communicate, and execute project and program plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and deliverables tracking.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project goals and deadlines are met with high-quality outcomes.
  • Oversee project documentation, milestones, and compliance with regulatory standards such as FDA and ISO requirements.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal teams, external partners, and customers to support project execution and issue resolution.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes, tools, and training materials.
  • Coordinate governance, reporting, and performance measurement activities, including preparation of status reports and presentations for leadership.
  • Mentor and support project coordinators and team members to enhance project efficiency and adherence to standards.
  • Manage and support change management efforts to minimize disruption and ensure successful adoption of initiatives.
  • Ensure quality control and review of project outputs and deliverables.

Qualifications

Required Experience and Education

  • Minimum 12 years of related experience in project coordination, product development, or program management with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Skilled in use of project management tools and methodologies, including Agile, SCRUM, and traditional waterfall approaches.
  • Proficient in risk management, resource optimization, and financial oversight related to projects and programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to foster collaboration and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Physical Requirements

  • Travel required up to 25% of the time
