- Over 15+ Years of experience in IT
- 5 to 8 years or experience in Program Management/ Project Management, with a proven track record of delivering complex initiative
- Must have successfully performed the role of Program Manager for at least two customer financial transformation programs, demonstrating end-to-end ownership, stakeholder management, and delivery of strategic outcomes.
- Must have experience in providing strategic IT direction including Developing comprehensive IT work plans aligned with business goals, Creating and managing detailed schedules, project estimates, and resource allocation plans, Leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and producing clear and actionable status reports for stakeholders and executive leadership
- Must have the experience in planning and coordinating program-level activities, setting priorities, and aligning initiatives with long-term strategic objectives.
- Must have the experience of Financial Planning & Forecasting, Budget Creation, Budget Tracking & Monitoring and Cost Control
- Must have the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks at the program level
- Must have the experience of optimizing allocation and utilization of human, financial, and material resources to maximize program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Must have the expertise in the banking domain, with a comprehensive understanding of core business functions
- Must have experience with Financial Project Management
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent leadership and team management skills and effective communication and interpersonal skills
