Project Coordinator

We’re representing a client in the construction sector who is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to become the crucial link between project managers, site teams, and external stakeholders. This role isn’t just about paperwork, it’s about keeping projects moving, ensuring communication flows seamlessly, and supporting the delivery of high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, schedules, and milestones

• Act as a key liaison between project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients

• Track project progress, flag risks, and assist in problem-solving to keep works on schedule

• Support preparation of reports, budgets, and compliance documentation

• Attend site and project meetings, record minutes, and ensure follow-ups are actioned

• Assist with procurement, contract administration, and project documentation

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in a project coordination or support role (construction preferred)

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders

• Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to construction software is advantageous

• A proactive, team-first approach with problem-solving mindset
