In this role, you will
Implement communication strategies according to organizational purpose and values.
Communicate effectively across various platforms (e.g. newsletters, MS Teams) and technologies.
Create original written and video content.
Organize internal events.
Enhance organizational reputation in social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2/3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Vilnius or Kaunas. What you need to have to be considered
At least 2 years of proven hands-on experience in internal and/or social media communication field.
Experience in IT organization would be considered as an advantage.
A focus on high standards and quality, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding planning, organizational, time, and project management skills, along with a strong sense of ownership.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital technologies and communication trends.
Excellent copywriting skills in both English and Lithuanian.

- Salary of 2100- 2800 EUR gross before taxes, which is based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate
