Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple concurrent construction projects, including large-scale renovations and fit-outs. The ideal candidate will lead project planning, coordination, and execution from pre-construction through handover, ensuring quality, safety, and delivery within scope and schedule. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage diverse teams, contractors, and site challenges under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
• Lead and manage full project lifecycles across multiple sites
• Develop detailed execution plans, timelines, and work schedules
• Monitor progress, flag risks, and adjust plans to ensure smooth execution
• Oversee project documentation and ensure adherence to contractual requirements
Site Supervision & Coordination
• Conduct regular site visits to track work quality, resolve issues, and enforce safety standards
• Coordinate between internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Ensure all work aligns with design specifications, construction drawings, and regulatory standards
Resource & Budget Oversight
• Track resources, manpower allocation, and procurement schedules
• Monitor cost performance and support finance in preparing progress payments and cost reports
• Ensure material deliveries and on-site usage are aligned with project needs and deadlines
Client & Stakeholder Communication
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution
• Provide regular progress updates, coordinate approvals, and manage change requests
• Ensure expectations are clearly communicated and professionally managed
Compliance & Quality Control
• Ensure all site activities adhere to quality standards, local regulations, and safety guidelines
• Conduct or supervise inspections and approve key milestones before moving to next phases
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on fit-outs or renovations
• Strong knowledge of construction workflows, drawings, site logistics, and finishing details
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and construction documentation workflows
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• PMP certification is a plus
• Ability to travel regularly to project sites
