About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of parking system deployment projects, ensuring efficient execution, stakeholder coordination, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Parking System Projects: Manage all phases of parking system installations—from planning and execution to delivery and closure.
  • Optimize Project Processes: Design and refine project workflows to improve operational performance.
  • Coordinate Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, sales, support) and external partners (clients, contractors).
  • Manage Resources: Allocate and supervise project budgets, personnel, and schedules.
  • Mitigate Risks: Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure Quality and Compliance: Uphold high quality standards and regulatory compliance throughout all project phases.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and apply best practices in project execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in infrastructure or technology-related projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

    Salary: €3,500–4,500 gross per month + performance-based bonuses.
