Minimum qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate setting.
- 3 years of experience recruiting for software engineers in Mexico.
- 3 years of experience in people management, supervision, or a team leadership role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client and applicant relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and managing compensation discussions.
- 5 years of experience in a people management role.
- 6 years of experience in the execution of technical recruiting or a related experience.
- Experience leading projects, and working in a changing organization.
- Ability to identify and strengthen relationships and dependencies to solve problems and seize opportunities, and work with metrics, numbers and trends.
- Excellent investigative skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage and direct all recruiting efforts for the Latin America team supporting software engineering profiles for Mexico.
- Create and implement a staffing business strategy to achieve an annual hiring plan that emphasizes quality of hires, process efficiency, and client management.
- Manage and inspire a team to deliver results across a regional and functional area while effectively communicating critical dimensions of staffing business plans with global leadership teams and support organizations.
- Collaborate with, manage, and influence partner relationships with cross-functional partner teams to understand clients’ business and ensure overall talent acquisition objectives are achieved.
- Get to the root cause of any issue to solve problems, no matter how difficult, and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solution.
