About the role

Our Industrial team in Tasmania is growing!

As a Recruitment Consultant in Randstad’s Industrial Division based in Hobart, you’ll focus on both temporary and permanent placements within the industrial, manufacturing, FMCG and agriculture industries. You will take over an established, high-volume desk with an existing client base, placing talent such as forklift operators, machine operators, process worker, pick packer.

If you're ambitious and eager to make your mark in a high-growth industry, this is the perfect role for you.


What you'll be doing:

  • Proactively find and secure new clients, expanding your influence and market share.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by truly understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing top-tier talent to sealing the deal on placements.
  • Meet and exceed sales, activity, and placement targets that will put you in control of your earnings.

Who we're looking for:

  • You have a proven track record in industrial recruitment or a strong background in sales.
  • You are a driven, resilient, and highly motivated individual who thrives in a competitive environment.
  • You're passionate about winning and have a genuine desire to maximize your earning potential.
