Accountabilities:

  • Own and drive all sales and business development efforts within your assigned territory.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets through strategic pipeline development and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and manage key CXO-level relationships and become a trusted advisor to enterprise clients.
  • Lead discovery, solution positioning, and contract negotiations for complex SaaS sales cycles.
  • Accurately forecast revenue and report key sales metrics through CRM systems and quarterly reviews.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to support client outcomes.
  • Guide and support the regional sales strategy by identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, prospect meetings, and high-stakes customer interactions.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and shaping the future of the sales organization.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of successful enterprise software sales, ideally in Field Service, Workforce Management, or Asset Management.
  • Proven record of exceeding sales targets and closing large, complex deals.
  • Experience managing full-cycle sales processes with multiple stakeholders across enterprise accounts.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of adapting to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated, data-driven, and highly organized, with strong time management skills.
  • Able to thrive in fast-moving, startup environments where ownership and agility are key.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating remotely with a global team.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, integrity, and a relentless drive to improve and grow.
