Accountabilities:

  • Engage directly with prospective clients via phone, Zoom, or in-person to understand financial needs and demonstrate tailored solutions.
  • Build and manage a dynamic sales pipeline, from initial contact to client onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive wealth management strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted financial guide, providing exceptional service and relationship management.
  • Act as a leader within a fast-growing, results-driven team, contributing to process improvements and sales strategies.
  • Continuously refine your approach through feedback, coaching, and data insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience within the financial services industry.
  • Series 65 or 66 license required, or qualifying professional designation (e.g., CFP®, CFA, ChFC).
  • Strong CRM skills (Salesforce preferred) and sales pipeline management experience.
  • Proven ability to build trust-based client relationships and uncover financial needs.
  • A self-motivated, coachable mindset with a passion for financial advising.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills in high-volume environments.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
