As Release Manager, you will make an impact by design and Maintain release status and updates. You will be a valued member of the team and work closely with the Banking & Financial Services team.

In this role, you will:

  • SharePoint release calendar design and Maintain release status and updates
  • stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
  • Require navigating complex organizational structures and aligning diverse teams with conflicting priorities, while simultaneously balancing technical constraints, business needs, and a clear understanding of organizational goals
  • Co-ordinate & Own Release and Deployment Management process
  • Release planning, implementation and post-implementation meeting
  • Release Conflicts resolution and escalation process with Business owner
  • Taking ownership & responsibility for all the respective application releases
  • Define the Release process strategy, policy and standards
  • Working knowledge of SDLC and ITSM processes and documentation

What you need to have to be considered

  • Implementing best practices across processes with key focus on strict compliance & standards
  • Conduct regular audit of the Release process for process effectiveness and compliance
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow, ADO, Agile processes, and Scrum required
  • Knowledge of Confluence

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until September 19, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $73,350 to $116,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
