Remote/ WFH Technical Full Stack Team Lead (.Net & Angular/Blazor) - #34490

• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to define and refine project requirements
• Development of front and backend code based on requirements
• Help lead a small team of developers, maintain standards, run peer reviews and help resolve bottlenecks in technical solutions.
• Translate requirements from analysts and stakeholders into clear technical plans and sprint goals.
• Provide clear guidance, facilitate knowledge-sharing, and inspire the team to grow their skills
• Define test cases and performance benchmarks for mission-critical project elements

Requirements

• 7+ years hands on software development experience
• 2+ years as technical/team lead or development manager experience
• Strong c#, SQL (Sql server with performance profiling, etc) , html, css, javascript
• Creating and consuming web APIs (rest)

Preferred Qualifications

• Angular, react, typescript
• Blazor (server side rendering), razor template components
• UI/UX experience
• AWS
