As a Reporting Analyst, you’ll play a key role in transforming complex financial data into actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders. Working at the heart of a fast-paced and globally expanding SaaS company, you’ll support monthly reporting, policy development, audit readiness, and finance automation initiatives. Accountabilities:

  • Analyze large volumes of financial data and translate insights into structured reports for internal and external use.
  • Prepare and automate monthly management reporting packages aligned with your zone of responsibility.
  • Develop and maintain internal policies, instructions, and documentation supporting reporting compliance.
  • Assist in optimizing and automating finance workflows and reporting processes.
  • Provide support during external audits and ensure accuracy of financial information.
  • Contribute to the implementation and support of new FP&A/reporting tools.
  • Ensure data quality through consistent QA of financial management reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting roles within international organizations.
  • Proficiency in multi-currency consolidations and strong working knowledge of IFRS or local GAAP.
  • High-level Excel or Google Spreadsheet skills; experience with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite).
  • Familiarity with FP&A tools such as Vena, Anaplan, or Adaptive Insights.
  • Solid command of English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
  • Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bonus: Experience with Google BigQuery, basic SQL, and internal policy writing.
