SailPoint IAM Rollout - Business Analyst

TO.SCALE
Contract
On-site

To.Scale, on behalf of one our clients, a major Vehicle Manufacturing based in Brussels, is looking for a Business Analyst who can help rolling out SailPoint IdentityIQ (IAM) across its entire European ecosystem

This isn’t a typical BA role. You’ll be embedded in a long-running, complex Identity & Access Management project with multiple stakeholders, legacy systems, and compliance constraints (think SOX, multi-AD environments, and tangled LDAPs).

You’ll be working closely with internal business users and technical teams to migrate identity and account processes, identify gaps, and help the architecture team translate business needs into a scalable solution.

If you're someone who likes solving messy process puzzles, understands IAM logic, and can bring clarity to complex environments, you’ll thrive here.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to André Cabo (https://www.linkedin.com/in/andrecaborecruitment/) on Linkedin and he will be able to help you through the process and answer any additional questions you might have!

🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Work with business stakeholders to analyze and migrate identity/account processes to SailPoint
  • Translate as-is and to-be process flows into structured requirements
  • Collaborate with solution architects to identify gaps and design scalable fixes
  • Gather user/system data (from AD, LDAP, etc.) and validate assumptions
  • Lead and facilitate workshops, conduct deep-dive analysis sessions
  • Prepare functional test cases based on requirements and assist with delivery

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IAM, security, or compliance-heavy environments
  • Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar IAM platforms (Okta, ForgeRock, etc.)
  • Comfortable with ADs, AADs, LDAPs, and related provisioning systems
  • Familiarity with SOX or similar compliance frameworks
  • Strong process analysis and documentation skills (BPMN, flowcharts, etc.)
  • You’re structured, proactive, and comfortable working 100% remotely with multinational teams

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with data validation tools (Excel, basic SQL, Python/Pandas a plus)
  • Worked on other large, enterprise-scale IAM or system migration projects
  • Previous collaboration with Solution Architects and developers in cross-functional teams
