This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales of innovative event technology and AV software solutions within a fast-growing, global startup environment. You will focus on converting prospects into loyal clients by leveraging consultative sales techniques and deep knowledge of the events industry. Working remotely alongside a diverse international team, you will engage with small and medium enterprises, develop strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s rapid growth. Accountabilities:

  • Negotiate and convert prospects into paying customers through a consistent, consultative sales approach.
  • Prospect and establish relationships with key decision-makers in SME organizations using omnichannel outreach.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding the ideal customer profile and industry-specific use cases.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in multiple CRM and sales enablement platforms.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by maximizing inbound leads and executing outbound prospecting when necessary.
  • Build and nurture professional networks through meaningful engagement and content on LinkedIn.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience in SaaS or the events industry.
  • Proven ability to deliver compelling sales pitches and product demos.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a track record of high closing rates.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Well-established network in the B2B events, marketing, or production sectors.
  • Solid understanding of event technology and industry integrations.
  • Experience in cold outreach and lead sourcing within a B2B corporate setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
