Accountabilities:

  • Conduct research to identify and qualify target accounts within assigned verticals or territories.
  • Proactively generate new business through strategic outreach—cold calls, emails, and direct engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
  • Create, manage, and grow a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to present a compelling, value-driven solution to prospects.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and manage responses to RFPs to successfully close deals.
  • Drive full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to contract execution and account handoff.
  • Ensure alignment with company objectives and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance sales culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or solution sales, ideally in energy, IoT, or tech-driven services.
  • Proven success selling to facility or sustainability leaders within industries like QSR, casual dining, or retail.
  • Strong consultative selling approach and ability to tailor value propositions to client needs.
  • Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing enterprise-level deals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and proposal development.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
